Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space at all times

  • Follow proper sanitation, disinfection, and infection control procedures

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

  • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide services as scheduled

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new treatments, techniques, and products

  • Recommend appropriate services and retail products based on client needs

  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

  • Work independently while contributing positively to the overall salon environment

  • Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and management

  • Take pride in the quality of your work and attention to detail

  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing consistent service

Qualifications

  • Esthetics Diploma

  • No experience necessary, training available on the job

  • Specific skills needed: organized, motivated, dependable, professional 

  • Proficient in booking, checking clients out, and simple computer skills
